Digital Data Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Analyst who is highly skilled in data analysis, user behavior interpretation, and market adaptation. This role requires expertise in working with data from various databases, tracking user behavior across multiple platforms (web and mobile), and translating findings into actionable product improvements. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to different markets across various countries and define new requirements to tailor our product to those target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various relational databases such as MySQL and similar systems, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Extract meaningful insights from event-based tracking tools, including Firebase, Google Analytics, and similar platforms, to understand user behavior and interactions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Predict potential user requirements based on behavioral patterns and provide data-driven recommendations for improving digital experiences.

User Behavior & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze user journeys, engagement trends, and conversion rates across web and mobile platforms, using tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, and other tracking systems.
  • Identify and evaluate behavioral patterns to optimize platform performance and enhance user experience.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to assess and refine digital strategies for improving engagement and conversion.

Market Adaptation & Product Improvement:

  • Rapidly adapt analytics strategies to different markets and cultures across multiple countries, ensuring insights remain relevant and actionable.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to tailor product features and campaigns for specific regional audiences, considering diverse consumer behaviors and preferences.
  • Define new requirements and collaborate with product teams to adapt existing features or develop new ones that suit target markets.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
  • Build comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Continuously monitor performance indicators and optimize analytical approaches based on evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL (experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and event-tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret behavioral data from web and mobile applications and predict user needs.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) for presenting insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with multi-market analysis and adapting digital products for different cultural and regional needs.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new industries and emerging markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data processing tools (e.g., Google BigQuery, Apache Spark, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, UX optimization, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Understanding of event-based tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in digital analytics, SQL, or related fields.
