Collective is the main fashion retailer in Romania, pushing into the market top global fashion brands. The brand sells the latest collections of renowned international brands such as Scotch&Soda, BOSS, HUGO, Karl Lagerfeld, Guess, Pepe Jeans, Calvin Klein Jeans, Ted Baker, G-Star, Superdry, UGG, Franklin&Marshall, Converse, Nike, KENDALL + KYLIE and many more.

The Challenge

Ignite social commerce for a well-known brand, with both an offline and an online presence.

The Results

Tactically use micro-influencers, at scale. They’ve been used to fuel UGC and then the brand repurposed the content using Flaminjoy to increase their ecommerce conversion rates. One of the most powerful UGC processes is creating a micro-influencer program, with long-term goals and insights. More than 6 batches of influencers, totaling over 150 enrollments have been run. This has led not just to an abundance of User Generated Content, but also an increase in Instagram followers and conversion rates on the website.

Content from influencers has been used as inspiration on the homepage, as well as on standalone landing pages. At the same time, the Creative Studio provided a way to dramatically increase the quality and output of social and ad content. This enhanced content transformed into extraordinary results for the brand: increased ecommerce conversion rates by 2.5X and Return On Investment in UGC Ads of over 9X.

Results Summary
